For your PAT, if you decide to code your SQL database in Ms Access you will need the library UCanAccess. This is an open-source, Java JDBC driver that allows developers to read from and write to Microsoft Access databases.
If you are manually managing your project’s libraries in an IDE (like Eclipse, IntelliJ, or NetBeans), you must explicitly add all the required .jar files. In NetBeans you will go to the library folder within your project, right click and “Add jar” files.
